- 5:45 AM - 6:30 AM: Hotel pickup and transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport
- 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM: Check-in and preparation for the helicopter flight
- 7:30 AM: Depart from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,860m) - 45-minute flight
- 8:00 AM: Land in Lukla for refueling (10-15 minutes)
